We hope this message finds you well. We’re reaching out to inform you of an important update to our credit card processing system and billing policy.
As part of our ongoing efforts to enhance service and streamline operations, we are transitioning to a new credit card processing provider. This change will enable us to remove duplication of services and offer a more secure, efficient, and reliable payment experience.
What’s Changing?
Effective June 15, 2025, we will introduce a credit card payment request page accessible via our website, as well as through this link which will be included in our invoice and account notifications. This will allow you to request the amount you wish to pay by credit card.
Please note: A service fee will now apply to credit card payments made toward account balances. .
What’s Not Changing?
There will be no service fee for credit card payments made as order deposits or at the time of purchase. We encourage you to continue using these options, along with EFT and Interac payments, to avoid additional charges.
